Squiche™ Lorraine
Take a classic quiche, but make it square. Mud Foods’ Squiche Lorraine uses outdoor reared British bacon, mature cheddar cheese and onion. Adding our delicious custard of free-range eggs, and organic cream and milk, who says you can’t improve on a classic?
“Possibly two of the best quiches I’ve ever eaten, huge chunks of cheese in one, big chunks of bacon in the Lorraine, light, crumbly pastry, just the right size - very impressed. I’m a chef by trade, I can’t make quiche this good.”Marc W, Badby, Northamptonshire
