This is our ultra luxurious Dinosaur Pasty: like a Cornish Pasty, but we think better! Why? Because we’ve taken this to the next level; instead of using margarine to make the pastry, we have hand crafted the pastry with our signature butter rich pastry. And that’s not the only improvement, this sensational pasty uses hand cut, tender chunks of British, grass fed beef steak, cubes of swede, potato and onion, however, and uniquely, we first cook the ingredients in a rich natural beef stock reduction to create the ultimate in pasties and taste. No wonder it won Gold at the 2023 British Pie Awards!
Why Dinosaur Pasty™..? Two reasons: firstly, it's a giant when compared to most pasties; secondly, the hand crimped spine resembles the spine of a stegosaurus dinosaur, and it's a bit of fun 😊

How to keep your Dinosaur Pasty:
Your pasty will keep beautifully when refrigerated at less than 5C or frozen at -18C or less until the use by date on the packaging that your pasty arrives in.
How to cook your Pasty to piefection:
Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pasty on a preheated baking tray and cook for:
- 20 to 25 minutes from chilled
- 45 to 50 minutes from frozen
How to cook your Pasty in an Air Fryer:
Pre-heat Air Fryer to 180C, remove all packaging and place pasty in the basket and cook for:
- 18 to 20 minutes from chilled
