How to keep your Sweet Potato Fries:
Your Sweet Potato Fries will keep beautifully when refrigerated at less than 5C until the use by date on the sleeve that your fries arrives in. Suitable for Home Freezing but must be thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
How to cook your Sweet Potato Fries to perfection:
Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place your Fries on a preheated baking tray and cook for:
- 15 to 20 minutes from chilled (turn half way through cooking for a crispier fry)
