It's always nice to have a celebration and it's especially nice when it is a celebration of Excellence in Pie Making.
At Mud Foods' HQ we recently celebrated the promotion of Niko Minkov to Production Team Leader. Niko has been with Mud for just under three years now and, in that time, has shown an aptitude for learning not just how to make truly great quality pies, but helping to keep the quality super high even as Mud's production capacity has been expanding.
The team still live our vision of producing delicious hand made pies that are made with love.
In the image you can see Niko on the left, with Christian our Chief Pie Maker in the centre and Mike Willis, Mud's Operations Manager on the right.
Christian said: "Niko is a highly regarded and popular member of the Mud team. He has very high standards and an exceptional eye for detail and is passionate about making sure that every Mud pie that we create is perfect. His promotion is very well deserved."
