28-day matured, grass-fed beef steak enriched with red wine, gently cooked long and slow for 24 hours until the meat just melts in the mouth and then topped with buttery creamed potatoes and cheddar cheese.

How to keep your Pulled Beef:
Your gourmet meal will keep beautifully when frozen at -18C or less until the use by date on the sleeve that your Gourmet Meal arrives in.
How to cook your Pulled Beef to piefection:
Pre-heat oven to 190C (fan 170C), gas mark 5, remove all packaging and place Gourmet Meal on a preheated baking tray and cook for:
- 55 to 60 minutes from frozen
